Hi, I’m George.
I’ve been playing guitar since 2009 and teach one-to-one lessons at the Kirklees Guitar School studio in Denby Dale. I’ve worked with everyone from complete beginners to players returning after many years away.
I currently have some daytime lesson slots available, which are ideal if you’ve got a bit more flexibility in your week, particularly for retirees, part-time workers, or anyone who prefers a quieter time of day.
My lessons are always tailored to you, with no pressure, just steady progress at your own pace.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or getting back into playing, you’ll be made to feel comfortable from the very first lesson. If it sounds like a good fit, you’d be very welcome to get in touch.

If you’re interested in getting started, the first step is simply to book an initial lesson through the website. This gives you a chance to meet me, talk through what you’d like to achieve, and get a feel for how the lessons work and the facilities.
